We only collect the information we reasonably need for these purposes.

3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

The Site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads (including conversion tracking) to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our ads. These services use cookies and similar technologies, and Google may process this data on its own servers. You can learn more at [policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites), opt out of Google Analytics with the [Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and manage ad personalization at [adssettings.google.com](https://adssettings.google.com).

The Site also stores small pieces of information in your browser's local storage, for example to remember that you have already seen a pop-up, to keep your live-chat details so a conversation can continue, and to keep you signed in to the customer portal. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With our employees, estimators, and crews who need it to serve you

• With manufacturers or suppliers where needed to register a product warranty for your project
• With your insurance company or adjuster, if you ask us to help with an insurance claim
• Where required or permitted by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety

Some of our service providers (including Google) may store or process information outside Canada, such as in the United States. When that happens, your information is subject to the laws of that country. You can contact us using the details below for more information about our use of service providers outside Canada.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, password-protected systems, and limiting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly if an incident occurs.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including the length of any warranty on work we performed and the periods required by tax, accounting, and other laws. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
